The Stinson Wreck is a popular destination point commemorating the discovery of the wreckage from the Stinson Tri Motor Passenger Plane that went missing in early 1937 and was discovered approximately 9 days later by Bernard O'Reilly and led to the safe recovery of the only 2 survivors of the crash.  The first part of the walk is a relatively easy creek-side walk through beautiful rainforest which ends at Westray's Grave.   Jim Westray was t
