Starting at Dundas Rd, Mt Glorious, this walk has a long descent through lush and picturesque rainforest along a fire trail, wide enough to walk side by side. There is a steep and long ascent  (450 m over 4.5 km). The trail is very hilly with some testing steep sections so a good level of fitness is required.  Wear boots with good grip and walking poles are recommended.
