Approximately a 7km paddle suitable for inexperienced paddlers who would like to try kayaking. The water is clean and inviting  with swimming permitted. The foreshores are timbered. Powered craft are not permitted. The paddling is from the canoe launch site a couple of hundred meters from the car park so wheels are recommended. We will circumnavigate the dam, followed by a swim and coffee at the cafe.
