How to I retrieve my password?

Because your password is encrypted for your security, you cannot retrieve your password.

However, you can be sent a one-time login link via email, which will allow you to reset your password.  You can do this by visiting the Forgotten Password page.

Why am I not receiving emails from the Brisbane Bushwalkers website?

It is possible that your email program or email provider is marking emails from Brisbane Bushwalkers as Spam. You should check your Spam folder to see if any messages from Brisbane Bushwalkers are in there.

If there are email messages from Brisbane Bushwalkers in your Spam folder, you should mark them as "Not Spam".

I paid my membership at tonight's meeting but I can't nominate for a walk!

There is typically a small delay between you paying your membership fee, and you being marked as a 'current' member. You will normally be able to nominate for walks within a day or two. If the delay has been more than a few days, please email registrar@brisbanebushwalkers.org.au and notify us. We'll normally be able to figure out the problem pretty quickly.
