Forgotten Username or Password

If you have forgotten your password, simply visit the password reset page and enter your username or e-mail address to receive a password reset link in your email.

If you have forgotten your username, you can still use your email address to receive a password reset link.  When you use the password reset link and then reset your password, you will then be able to log in and view your profile.  Your username will display on your profile page.

Missing Emails

Sometimes emails from the Brisbane Bushwalkers website don't reach their intended recipient.  This problem is normally the result of over-zealous email spam filtering.

Hotmail / Outlook.com

Hotmail's Junk Mail filter seems to be very fond of blocking emails from Brisbane Bushwalkers.   If emails from Brisbane  Bushwalkers are missing from your Hotmail / Outlook.com inbox, more than likely they will be found in your Junk Email folder.

Gmail / Google Apps

Gmail may, on occasion, mark emails from Brisbane Bushwalkers as spam.

Member Expiry

If you are a current member, but the website says that you are expired, please get in contact with the club's registrar via registrar@brisbanebushwalkers.org.au in order to straghten your record out.  This is by far the fastest way to get registration issues fixed.

Finding Information

Please use the website's search facility to perform a keyword search. More often than not, what you're looking for will show up in the search results.

Failing this, the website's menu system (click the logo at the top of the page to display the menu) provides extensive avenues by which one can find information on the website.

Website Bugs

If you have found somethign which looks like a legitimate bug in the website, please lodge a trouble ticket via our ticketing system.
