This is a very pleasant walk  beginning and ending at Gap creek reserve.  The total distance is only 7 Kilometres but is all up and down. Equal measures of both. The walk  is suitable for new members  who have completed the N.M.I. routine and are on their way to completing 4 walks  to trade in their P.
