As we haven't had any training for a while, this day is for absolute beginners who are looking to learn basic abseil skills to enable them to participate in outdoor abseils.

All Abseil gear will be supplied on the day, ( helmet, harness, abseil device, prussic), so all you need to bring is food, water , closed shoes and sense of adventure.
