Join me for a challenging day hike up to Sunrise Lookout.  This is Day 1 of the Scenic Rim Trail but we will not be continuing to do Day 2 instead returning to our starting point.  A high level of fitness is required as it is a steady but relentless 600 metre ascent to the top of the escarpment.  The track is well formed and zig zags as it gets closer to the top of the escarpment.  This will take us about 2 to 2.5 hours.  We will t
