Considered by many as the premier ridge on Mt Barney, Eagles Ridge is also the longest and one of the more technical. There is much elevation gained and knolls ascended, only to find the track then descends steeply, and the lost elevation must be regained. There is also quite a bit of scrambling, at times with considerable exposure.
