Starting at Dundas Rd, Mt Glorious, we have a long descent (about 2 hours) through lush and picturesque rainforest along a fire trail, wide enough to walk side by side. After morning tea we will have a steep and long ascent  (450 m over 4.5 km) taking about 3 hours to return including a break. Hence, an appropriate level of fitness is required. Wear boots with good grip and walking poles are recommended.
