Martin Cardell presents on the benefits of resistance and cardio training for Bushwalking . Martin covers everything a bushwalker should know about their body, how it works and how to best optimise it to allow for more, harder and longer walks as well as a faster recovery time both during walking and after walks. Then a 5-10 minute demo with everyone on how to warm up and cool down for walks to make sure you're ready to go and minimise injury risks.
