This walk begins and ends at Lower Portals carpark. We will hike to Upper Portals following bush trails. The plan is to have morning tea at Upper Portals and then hike downstream past Barbey Gorge campsite and on to Lower Portals. It is a long hike and a torch is strongly advised. A brisk pace is expected with major breaks at morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
