We will park the cars at Yellowpinch and walk along the track towards the start of the South Ridge. We shall turn left at the South Ridge junction and cross Cronans creek several times. We shall then hang a right and head through some rain forest gradually ascending the mountain towards Savages ridge. As we increase in altitude the forest clears and we are rewarded with great views of West Peak, East Peak, Mt. Lindesay and the Big Lonely Peaks.
